I./The current personnel regime for official employees in ZinZa Technology company is as follows:
1. The company provides working equipment for all full-time employees (including the probationary period)
2. Total income a year: 14++ month salary
3. Join the ODC project. When joining the project starting from the 4th month or more:
- ODC allowance (team leader): 1M/month.
- ODC allowance (member): 700k/month
4. Japanese language allowance, and related IT certificates (form: monthly allowance, exam cost support, salary increase...)
5. Seniority bonus for employees working at the company for 2 years or more. Specific bonus levels
as follows:
- Employees with 2 years of seniority working at the company: 2,000,000vnd
- Employees with 3 years of seniority working at the company: 4,000,000vnd
- Employees with 4 years of seniority working at the company: 6,000,000vnd
- Employees with 5 years of seniority working at the company: 10,000,000vnd.
6. Considering salary increase according to capacity and work results: 2 times/year (June and December)
7. To participate in Clubs under the official sponsorship of the Company: Football Club, Game Club, Hobby, participate in birthday parties, quarterly team building, extracurricular activities of the company. ..

9. Working time: from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 (Closed Saturday, Sunday). Flexible working time
