Mô tả công việc

As our next QA engineer you will work with the team to:

Execute all testing activities to ensure quality of the system
Coordinate and ensure quality of releases
Work closely with the team (developers, data scientists, devops, product managers, QAs...) to analyze requirements, brainstorm solutions and provide necessary test recommendations, ensure the system meets high standards for quality and security
Manage and prioritize bugs and product backlog, operational issues
Train the QA mindset for the team, implement best practices and continuously improve the software development process
Coordinate / execute data collection and organization for testing and researching purpose - Implement, execute & maintain e2e UI, API, Accuracy and Performance automation tests - Create reports for systems' accuracy and performance
Implement self-serving testing tools and frameworks for the team to use
Work with developers team to manage product pipelines and Jenkins cluster

Yêu cầu

1/ Qualifications:

3+ years of software testing experience across a wide variety of applications and infrastructure components, test management and QA tools
Strong domain knowledge on web/mobile app testing expertise
Solid testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
Good knowledge of the software development process, especially the software testing process - Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability - Proficiency in English
Able to work independently and be a self-owner
Able to work flexibly with a distributed team across 3 different continents (Asia, Europe, America)

2/ Prefer Qualifications:

Hands-on experiment with implementing e2e UI / API automation tests and reports using Java / Appium / Test NG / XCUI Test / Firebase Test Lab /Browser stack
Familiar with declarative pipeline tools like Jenkins Multi Branch Pipeline, Github, Action - Strong understanding of Page Object and Screen Play patterns
Hands-on experience with using Python (and Jupyter notebook) to do quick researching / analyzing and making reports.
Ability to make complex report using Google Spreadsheets

3/ Bonus if you also have:

Experience with implementing Windows automation tests
Ability to understand high level design and deployment architecture
Foundation knowledge of computer vision
Strong knowledge of system security and privacy
