YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

1. COMPONENTS LOCALIZATION - Localize the development of key textile component with co-operation of component engineer/ expert in Head Quarter (Lille, France).

- Active communicate with component team from head office to know the component strategy, expectation from the customer,...

- Propose new components and technology which is adapt to the needs of the customer.

- Lead the duplication project and validate components according to the procedure.

- Build up a comprehensive catalogue for textile & key component offer.



2. QUALITY MANAGEMENT -Lead & Implement Quality Control Standard and Control Plan.

- Implement components quality control plan (color, final inspection, LAB Audit...).

- Manage supplier's quality system (HRP, QA, Lab, Toxic, and Environment).



- I monitor Quality performance and quality data in my supplier



3. COSTING - Decrease component price.

- Master cost of the material, process cost and works on cost reductions program.

- Negotiate and optimize the best price/ quality/ lead time.



4. Build & Manage Panel of Suppliers.

- Source potentials supplier in terms of quality, cost, technology, supply chain...

- Manage the suppliers (panel evolutions, business plan ....)
