Textile Production Line Manager

Job Description:
1. Production Line Planning & Setup
• Lead the planning and establishment of new production lines, ensuring equipment layout
and capacity design meet project requirements.
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of key equipment (weaving, coating, DTY
texturizing, etc.) based on a strong understanding of critical fabric parameters such as
fabric width, coating type, finishing (D/F), and raw materials (DTY/FDY).
• Ensure production line capabilities support various fabric types required by the company
and assess the impact of different fabric parameters on machine design and equipment
selection.
2. Technical Research & Process Development
• Organize and actively participate in the study and research of the full textile manufacturing
process, including DTY texturizing, weaving, washing, and coating.
• Focus on coating processes and master the processing flow and technical requirements of
different coatings such as PVC, PU, and acrylic.
• Analyze chemical usage requirements and environmental pollution control solutions during
production to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
3. Production Management & Team Development
• Develop production plans to ensure achievement of daily output targets and unit energy
consumption goals.
• Build, train, and manage the production team to improve technical skills and operational
performance.
• Establish, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while
monitoring production quality, cost, and efficiency.
4. Supply Chain & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Support fabric sampling, laboratory testing, and supplier sourcing and evaluation activities.
• Lead or participate in technical visits to suppliers and conduct in-depth reviews of their
production processes.
