The Young Resource Program (YRP) is a dynamic 2-year initiative designed to recruit and develop high-potential, ambitious young talents. To build a strong pipeline, equipping ambitious young professionals with the skills and industry knowledge to drive RCL's continued success and innovation in the global market.
Job Scope:

Responsibility:
- Job rotations across key business units (Documentation, Customer Service, Sales, Operations) to gain a understanding of RCL's value chain, shipping operations, and global market dynamics.
- Assist with daily operational tasks, processes, and administration within each assigned department to build strong, hands-on foundational knowledge.
- Identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement in current workflows and propose innovative, practical solutions to department heads.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret departmental data to draft reports, present findings, and make data-driven recommendations to management.
- Dedicate effort to completing formal learning modules, technical training, and soft- skills development sessions.
- Engage in regular assessments, performance evaluations, and structured feedback sessions to track progress and proactively address development areas.
- Create and update personal development plans based on feedback to ensure rapid progression throughout the 2-year timeline.
- Actively promote RCL's core values, workplace culture, and strategic business objectives.
- Build strong professional relationships across various teams, cultivating a collaborative network of peers, leaders, and industry partners.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
- Growth mindset, energetic, logical and analytical thinking, passion and drive for success.
- Strong English proficiency (Chinese is a plus).
- Ability to utilize technology for efficiency and innovation.
