Mô tả công việc
20% Compliancy to Platform Credit Policies and Locations Credit Annex in the day-to-day activities
Ensure self compliancy to the policies in the day to day activities
Help to identify any elements of non-compliancy to the policies
Actively providing input to the credit supervisor in improving local processes or defining follow-up action plan to address such non-compliancy
40% Credit decision making and management
Perform independent credit assessment on limit request
Ensure proper documentation in place as required by the policy and or credit approval
Review BGL and work closely with banks for BGL for customers (if any)
Work with banks for guarantee supports or insurer for credit underwriting
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers / Sales Managers for credit renewal / withdrawal
Ensure accurate and prompt update of customer credit information in the system and master file as per the credit approval
Actively work with the commercial team in debt repayment plan of overdue/bad debt customers
Perform customer visit to develop understanding of the market and business requirement and demonstrate such understanding in his/her credit decision
20% Credit Collection
Work with the AR team and commercial team to ensure good collection practice as required in local credit annex
Work with legal team on bad debt recovery
10% Reporting & monitoring
Actively monitor and oversee the designated customer portfolio e.g. overlimit and past-due
Prompt and accurate delivery of month-end credit report and provide insights on the key changes to the portfolio performance
Provide timely alerts to the credit manager/supervisor on key industry and or social economic events in the locations and give analysis on potential impact to the portfolio
10% Project as required by the credit organization and the locations such as system and process roll-out
Yêu cầu
Ability to travel up and work at the plant of the assigned business
Ability to travel 20% of the time into location's sites and key customers
Education
Bachelor degree in finance or equal through experience
Experience
2 years hands-on working experience in assessing customer credit risk/financial analysis
Knowledge/experience in agriculture sector is preferable
Working knowledge in collection and dealing with legal cases is preferable
