1. Responsible to the Line Maintenance Control for the management of the store
2. Responsible for communicating to the OM/DOM, TL or MCC parts and tooling issues which may impact maintenance operations.
3. Cooperate with the customer's supply department for parts movements; ensure all parts, components, materials and tools are accounted for and stored in accordance with customer requirements; monitor customer's material, tools and equipment for condition; ship or return repairable components when required
4. Maintain logs of segregated inventories and notify customers when reorder points have been reached; ensure required tool and equipment maintenance has been properly accomplished; ensure calibrated tools are maintained in serviceable condition and properly stored.
5. Monitor office material and equipment for availability and condition.
6. Inform the OM/DOM, TL, MCC when tools, equipment, parts and material are removed from service or missing or damaged tools.
7. Conduct an incoming inspection on parts and/or materials to be used by the SAAM Repair Station; register data into computer system or other management software; controlling the storage and release of aircraft components and material to aircraft maintenance; performing the receiving inspection of tools and equipment if needed.
8. Verify the accuracy of inventory records by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the electronic inventory system.
9. Ensure the proper storage and handling of aviation parts and materials, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
10. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during inspections and audits
11. Other tasks assigned by Management
