Mô tả công việc
Implement office administration work on the site.
Update reports on activities at the construction site to coordinate with company departments to support the construction sites.
Monitor, time keeping for all staffs in site, monthly update to HR team.
Corporate with internal team (MEP, HSE, PC) to complete procedures for finding suitable suppliers to provide materials.
Prepare contract, payment documents with supplier and subcontractor.
Coordinate with HO and celebrate some activities for team (monthly birthday, Mid Autumn, year end party....)

Thực hiện công tác quản trị hành chính, văn phòng trên công trường.
Cập nhật báo cáo diễn biến các hoạt động ở công trường để phối hợp với các phòng ban công ty hỗ trợ cho các công trường thi công.
Theo dõi, chấm công cho nhân viên công trường để cập nhật cho Phòng HCNS.
Cộng tác với các team nội bộ (MEP, HSE, PC..) để tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp vật tư phù hợp.
Phụ trách hồ sơ thanh toán và hợp đồng với những đơn vị liên quan (nhà cung cấp, nhà thầu phu,..)
Tổ chức các sự kiện nhỏ liên quan đến công trường và đội nhóm (sinh nhật tháng, trung thu, tất niên....)
Yêu cầu
Graduated from College/University in related majors.
At least 1-3years of experience in admin role, accounting or same position. Have worked in construction company is an advantage.
Proficient in computer skill.
Good at English skill.
