Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR to organize company events such as Team Building/Happy hour/Birthdays/company events.
Purchase, distribute, manage office supplies, equipment, assets.
Manage and maintain office equipment periodically.
Welcome guests, candidates at the Company, support HR in connecting employees between the two offices.
Create monthly/quarterly/yearly budget forecasts and manage monthly expenses.
Support HR in screening CVs, scheduling interviews, updating candidate information into the company's human resources software, and organizing integration training.
Other tasks as requested by the management.
