Support job posting (design posters, write content, and post on recruitment channels)
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules
Support the interview process (prepare documents, follow up with candidates)
Update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment reports
Contribute to employer branding activities by managing the fanpage and engaging with potential candidates.
Assist in preparing onboarding documents and following up on onboarding checklists for new hires
Assist with basic C&B administrative tasks and HR reports as required
Yêu cầu
Undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Basic English communication skills
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to use design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude
Careful, responsible, and eager to learn
