MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
ROAD LOGISTICS INTERN (6-12 months)
Work Location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning/ month.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will have a general responsibility in customer service, distribution, dedicated
truck project, order handling, truck planning, data, system, KPI control and supervise
all activities related to distributions per assigned customers. You also take in charge of maintaining good relationship with customers/
internal customers and subcontractors as well as ensuring adherence to our Finance Accounting
Policies, driving profitability, cost awareness + efficiency across the Road
Logistics organization. You will be able to work multiple tasks with strong focus.
To create/complete shipment
details in our internal transport management system, coordinate with all involved
stakeholders + organize transport based on the customer promise.
To monitor + report on the
operational performance of carriers + other vendors as well as ensuring strong
data quality is available for timely + accurate customer reporting.
Update daily delivery
report and KPI accurately and on time.
Conduct operation in line
with SOPs, working instructions.
Seek and assist in process
improvement and operation cost saving.
Assist transport supervisor
and Site manager in other task to achieve excellent operation
To ensure timely revenue
recognition, invoicing + gross profit confirmation per the Finance Accounting
Policy.
To check + index incoming
supplier invoices, ensuring all transactions are accrued without error;
initiate + resolve any rate discrepancies.
To ensure the timely
closing of the forwarding sub-ledger (FSL) for all files, coordinating with our
operation teams to resolve discrepancies.
To standardize charge codes
+ tariffs for invoicing + payables.
To ensure the accuracy +
consistency of all operational finance data over its life cycle.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Fresh graduates or final-year students in Logistics, Import/ Export, Supply Chain Management and can take the internship full time from 6 months to 12 months.
Competent Customer Clearance & Road Logistics knowledge.
Eager to learn, careful, can-do-attitude, responsible, customer oriented, detail oriented.
Good at Communication and Problem solving.
Good command of English.
