CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the
work of the Valuation & Advisory Services Department.
Collect, analyze and organize information for valuation
purposes
Identify problems and develop creative yet practical
solutions
Conduct site inspection activities and reports
Apply marketing and tele-marketing skills
Handle customer service issues (negotiations, claims
handling)
Translate standard documents
Complete general administrative tasks
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

internship programs are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, fresh graduates,
post-graduate students. Internships
are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning
experience in an international organization and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following
requirements:
Work full time from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30
PM)
Senior student or fresh graduate in Business
Administration program or related filed are welcome.
Experience is a plus (internship, volunteer,
certificates...)
Hard-working, well-organized, enthusiastic and careful.
Good communication and interpersonal skill and team
work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point,
Excel...)
Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English is
a must.
Willing to commit to the internship full-time period
for at least 3 months.
