The Operation Officer Intern will join the operation process for the summer program of POLY English Center. They will assist with various tasks related to the smooth functioning of the center, including providing child supervision, assisting in classes, supporting the operation officer, completing administrative tasks, supervising students on outings, and performing other assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Bus Monitor:
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during bus transportation to and from POLY.
Monitor student behavior and maintain a disciplined and orderly environment on the bus.
2. Child Supervision:
Provide supervision and ensure the safety of children during their stay at POLY.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
Supervise students during outings and ensure their safety and adherence to rules.
3. Teaching Assistant (TA):
Assist in various types of classes at POLY under the guidance of the teaching staff.
Support the teachers in implementing lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities.
4. Operational Support:
Assist the operation officer in daily operational tasks as required.
Contribute to the efficient running of the center by assisting with tasks such as inventory management, resource preparation, etc.
Complete administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, filing, etc.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks as assigned.
5. Other Assigned Tasks:
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth functioning of the center.
