Mô tả công việc
Oversee the overall planning and execution of TikTok live streaming operations, develop strategies to increase GMV;
Manage the live streaming team, including recruiting, training, and optimizing incentives for hosts;
Plan and execute live streaming content, including scripting, product scheduling, and interactive strategies to improve viewership and conversion rates;
Analyze live streaming data to optimize product selection, streaming pace, and engagement strategies to maximize ROI;
Collaborate with MCNs, KOLs, and influencers to expand host resources, increase brand exposure, and drive sales;
Stay updated on TikTok live streaming trends and market dynamics to continuously optimize strategies.
Yêu cầu
At least 2 year of experience in TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.);
Familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem and e-commerce strategies, with experience in live streaming and short video marketing preferred;
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to optimize operations based on insights;
Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and consumer behavior, with relevant e-commerce experience preferred;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments;
English or Chinese proficiency is preferred.
