1. Managing and assigning work, supervising members of the facility maintenance team to perform
maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure good operation.
2. Directly participate in overcoming problems of facility.
3. Research and make measures to handle facility and solutions to improve maintenance life of
machinery and equipment, work schedule required.
4. Set up a resume of machinery and equipment.
5. Research and propose technical solutions to improve the efficiency of machinery and equipment
6. Assign, supervise technician in the team to ensure that the repair and maintenance process of
machinery is in accordance with technical requirements and ensure the progress according to the plan.
7. Monitoring and processing, reporting up to the level of incidents occurring during repairing and
maintenance.
8. Closed monitoring of facility maintenance process.
9. Preserving equipment and tools assigned. 10. Combine with related departments to troubleshoot to ensure production schedule.
11. Training for new and old employees in the team of maintenance, safety, fire protection, 5S,... and other requirements in accordance with the company's regulations.
12. Participate in programming, document preparation and direct professional training for maintenance technicians.
13. Set up, register with higher level objectives, measures to control the facility repairing, maintenance activities.
14. Evaluate the performance of each shift, staff daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
15. Handling mistakes and conflicts of members in the team.
16. Proposing to the higher level to reward and discipline employees in the team.
17. Monitor the purchase of spare supplies for facility repairing, maintenance.
18. Performing other tasks directly assigned by superiors.
