Fully study in tourism major or related field.
Monitor the changes of resources, and regularly update to the sales team.
Support sales activities, such as providing bidding materials (example: destination presentations), assisting in quotations, operations, complaint dealing, etc.
Develop and implement improvements to products, service delivery and process efficiency and quality.
Promote traveling program in Vietnam, observe the local market trend of going travel in target area, and provide insights to the management.

Good knowledge and interest in cultures and travel
Professional and friendly manners in email writing, phone calling, and in-person interactions.
Teamworking, problem-solving, target-navigating mindset
Studied traveling, hospitality, sales, or related majors or experiences.
