Job Summary
This position will be responsible for developing and executing
trade marketing strategies to drive brand performance and business growth at Innisfree Vietnam. This role involves aligning local strategies with headquarters' guidelines, managing KPI targets, and optimizing go-to-market execution for one-brand stores.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Headquarter Strategy Collaboration
• Headquarter Strategy Collaboration: Participate in strategy discussions and meetings with headquarters to align product strategies based on M-7 guidelines
• Headquarter Communication: Collaborate on monthly reviews, formulate M-3 strategies, and facilitate local communications based on VOC (Voice of Customer) and feedback.
2. Local Strategy and Operation
• Local GTM Strategy:
- Develop localized Brand Commercial Strategy with 4P factors (Promotion, Product, Price, Place) based on headquarters' strategies guide, managing processes through monthly meetings.
- Lead Business commercial plan guide (Channel / Product) and corporate with internal teams (Retail, Training, Marketing, VMD) to proceed according to the plan.
- Corporate with the SCM team to conduct demand forecasting and stock delivery.
• KPI Planning & Result Management: Manage KPI targets, overseeing key activities and core promotion execution based on Customer Development Journey (CDJ) *Monthly/Quarterly/yearly report to line manager regarding with Promotion & Strategy results regularly with Analysis review
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market visits and online research to gather insights for strategic planning.
• CRM Strategy: Formulate CRM strategies and establish activity plans through monthly reviews and follow-ups.
3. MBS Channel
- Collaborate with MBS Key Account team, based on the characteristics and strategies of the MBS (Multi Brand Shop) channel, develop monthly, quarterly, and full-year business plans, and establish product management strategies and promotion plans for each platform.
- Formulate
brand marketing strategies for each MBS platform and maximize sales growth and profitability through negotiations for optimal terms.
- Analyze sales data and monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct site visits and trade inspections to evaluate brand VMDs, POSMs, stock levels, competitors, and market trends within the MBS channel.
