1. Develop Channel Plan
Support
Marketing Manager and coordinate with Sales Managers to create channel plans for General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce.
Define store classification, products, pricing, promotions, and new product pipeline.
2. Plan & Execute Sell-Out Programs
Work with
Sales Managers to implement sell-out programs, including promotions, discounts, rebates, and loyalty schemes for GT and MT.
3. Plan & Execute POS Visibility
Plan and execute in-store and out-of-store visibility initiatives in coordination with Sales and
Brand Marketing.
4. Plan & Execute Shopper Marketing Initiatives
Support Marketing Manager to execute shopper marketing activities:
- Manage Brand Advisors team
- Organize store activations
- Co-branding activities and shopper promotions at GT & MT stores
5. Market Intelligence
Track monthly ADM performance and competitor activities (new products, pricing, sell-out, shopper marketing).
Visit points-of-sale/customers at least once a week.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years in a similar role within the FMCG industry in Vietnam.
• Trade marketing experience in FMCG is required.
• Shopper marketing and channel planning experience are advantages.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
