About The Role
Role Location: Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam
Role Type: Permanent, full-time
Your role as Trade Processing Officer is to provide superior trade relationship services to customers within acceptable risk management parameters and compliant with policy and local regulations.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
• Be responsible for day-to-day accurate and timely processing, including coordinating with BLR for trade and loan transactions to be processed within agreed SLA/TAT. Be responsible for handling required reports, maintain tidy filing system, processing system booking entries.
• Handling customer complaints in a prompt time frame or refer/escalate them to the appropriate areas for handling to ensure that Bank is not exposed to potential losses.
• Ensure that all transactions are eligible under Vietnamese laws, regulation and ANZ group policies and must have full understanding and appropriate implementing of own area's internal policy and procedural requirements as well as regulatory or statutory requirements of Central Bank, Securities and Exchange Commission and other statutory or regulatory bodies.
• Risk events are reported to the Manger Trade Processing and/or Risk and Compliance Manager and managed for optimal outcome both in respect to the event itself and the risk drivers and control failures that lead to the event.
