We are now looking for a Training Assistant to join our team in Malaysia OR Indonesia on a permanent contract.
What you will do
As a Training Assistant you will perform the following tasks:
- Administration of the training courses in Preferred by Nature Training Calendar
- creating training engagements (in Salesforce)
- collaboration with Preferred by Nature Communications Team on promoting events on social media
- registration of participants (in Salesforce)
- arranging the venue
- monitoring invoicing process (in Salesforce)
- preparing training materials for participants (electronic, and printed if needed)
- issuing training certificates, and the likes of it
Other duties will include:
- Keeping records related to training events in Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Lending support to course participants related to
- all practical information on conditions/requirements for obtaining certificate, and overall organisation
- getting access to online training modules on Preferred by Nature Training Hub
- checking the progress in online preparation.
- Maintaining up-to-date course-specific information and reflecting updates in
- course agenda, and course description on the website
- introductory information and description of online modules, and the likes of it
- Providing administrative support to trainers team on the delivery of training services
- help with organisation of training materials and access to the material
- updating trainers on participants' online progress
Who you are
- Good communication skills, as well as willingness to communicate a lot and provide prompt support along the training process
- Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
- Experience of working in multinational organisations is an advantage
- Good ability for multitasking
- Understanding and experience in the administrative field and event management is recommended
- Ability to work within a team and collaborate with other teams within the organisation
- Technical skills are important, as well as learnability in technicalities is strongly required
- Proficient in [Mandarin, or French, or Spanish] is considered an asset)
- Comfortable travelling nationwide (and internationally) as part of your job role
- Possess a B-category driver's license
- Have a high level of integrity and business ethics to strike a balance between serving clients and at the same time not compromising your role as a Training Assistant
- Comfortable making independent decisions, as the nature of the job requires you to work independently, often remotely from your colleagues
- Believe in Preferred by Nature's mission and want to contribute to it
