The Job
Data-Driven Decision Making (40%):
- Collect, clean, and analyze financial and transactional data to support business decisions, including identifying trends,
anomalies, and optimization opportunities. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for liquidity management, risk assessment, and performance tracking, utilizing Power BI, Looker, or Metabase for data visualization
- Apply probabilistic and statistical models to optimize liquidity forecasting, stress testing.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in compliance with internal policies.
Product Development (30%):
- Develop internal Treasury Management System (TMS) for fixed-income trading, lending, FX & interest rate derivatives, and cash flow management.
- Build customer-facing financial products for millions of users on banking apps and Kafi's platforms, including lending and CD/Bond trading.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define the roadmap for Treasury digital products.
- Develop BRD, ERD and workflow diagrams to support system development.
Customer-Centric Product (20%):
- Engage directly with key institutional clients to understand their liquidity needs, provide product guidance, and collect feedback for product improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and ensure products align with client expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%):
- Work with the compliance team to incorporate risk mitigation measures into product planning and execution.
- Partner with business analyst, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless and efficient product launches.
- Work closely with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure mutual alignment on product goals, delivery timelines, and promotional activities.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Business Intelligence in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
- Have knowledge of UI/UX and be able to create lo-fi wireframes
- Strong understanding of Treasury operations, fixed-income instruments (bonds, CDs), and liquidity risk management.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one of the following tools: Excel (Power Query, VBA), Google BigQuery, Power BI, or Metabase, with the ability to process large datasets, build complex queries, and create insightful visualizations.
- Proficiency in probability, statistics, and time-series analysis for liquidity optimization.
