Mô tả công việc
+ Assisting the Managing Director with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings, taking responsibility for meeting minutes
+ Communicating with internal/external parties to support all activities of the Managing Director.
+ Serving as the Managing Director's administrative liaison to the Management Board and manages Board activities
+ Managing all confidential correspondence, files and contact information; coordinating meetings and conferences both on and off site to support the Managing Director's agenda
+ Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
+ University degree, ideally in economics or management with at least 1 year working experience
+ Study experience in Germany is an advantage
LANGUAGE:
+ Vietnamese: Mother tongue
+ English: Very good
+ German: Good
SKILLS:
+ Computer: Word, Excel, Power Point
+ Specific skills: Organizational and communication skills strongly required, being able to handle multi-task
+ Behavioural expectations: Courteousness, compliance and honesty, strong team-orientation, flexibility
