Position: Marketing Assistant Contractor
Location: Remote
Flexible Working Hours: During the first 1-2 months on board, you'll need to work a minimum of 4 hours from 9 AM to 12 PM. After demonstrating proficiency in task handling, you'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and manage your workload according to your preferences.

Responsibilities
Write and deliver persuasive business-related pitches.
Design social media graphics, develop content strategies, write compelling captions, and schedule posts.
Coordinate tasks provided by clients, including sourcing influencers or brands.
Communicate effectively with clients using casual English.
Support virtual team members with client-related tasks.
Maintain efficient communication via Slack and Notion.
Requirements
Excellent English proficiency for online work.
Basic understanding of the UGC/influencer industry; willingness to self-educate using platforms like TikTok.
Ability to write marketing content in English.
Basic video editing skills with CapCut and graphic design skills with Canva.
Experience in social media and marketing.
Prompt communication via Slack and Notion.
