As a General Manager assistant, you will...
Organize accommodations and transportation for the MD's domestic business trips, visitors, and guests.
Prepare company announcement and correspondence and communicate the MD's messages to internal departments and external parties.
Proofread corporate and sales communication (manuals, packaging...)
Process payments and manage financial documents.
Manage the shipment and receipt of parcels and documents, both domestically and internationally.
Support legal and administrative processes, including judgment enforcement and payment requests, membership to relevant organizations and insurance.
Oversee office and warehouse lease agreements, contract renewals, and business licenses.
