The L&D Leader is primarily responsible for managing the entire talent development process-ranging from assessing training needs, establishing training frameworks, and developing programs to evaluating performance and reporting to BOD The L&D Leader serves as a vital link between employee development needs and the company's strategic goals, helping to enhance organizational capabilities.

- Male or female, Bachelor's degree, Fluent English is a must.
