POSITION SUMMARY
Manage and oversee the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials and products (yarn /greige / chemical / finished), to optimize the production flow efficiency and effectiveness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize and manage all activities of the group, including the planning, training, implementation, control and improvement of activities, processes and resources... of the group.
• Ensure that all goods, materials and accessories are updated on the system are correct, timely and accurate in quantity and type.
• Proactively solve related problems. Directly support employees of the group to solve difficult cases or problems at work that are beyond the staff's ability to handle.
• Coordinate with related departments to be able to grasp the job quickly and correctly. Ensure correct and sufficient preparation of labels and necessary documents for shipment as planned.
• It is necessary to measure in advance the risks and problems that may arise unintentionally during the operation. From there, evaluate and establish the necessary treatment plan so as not to affect the entire operation process of the department as well as adversely affect the company.
• Develop working processes and regularly improve to maximize work efficiency, in addition, there should be a clear reward and punishment policy.
• Report on the status and progress of the work
• Inventory import and export report
• Calculate and order materials, accessories, and components for product packaging, repair, and warranty.
• Manage all warehouse operations in the absence of the Department Manager.
