Position: Senior Quality Assurance Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Work Location: Linh Trung 2 Export Processing Zone, Binh Chieu, Thu Duc City
1. Job Purpose
Responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring the company's quality management system; ensuring that products and manufacturing processes comply with approved quality standards, meet customer requirements, and continuously drive improvement and productivity enhancement.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Process Quality Control
Develop and submit quality control standards for each production stage for approval by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Train QA, QC teams, and production management on quality standards.
Set allowable defect rate targets for each production stage.
Assign and arrange quality inspection personnel at production checkpoints.
Monitor and consolidate daily quality reports; analyze high-occurrence defects, work with Production Management to identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
2.2. Production Process Control
Collaborate with the Technical Department and Production Management to develop, update, and submit production processes for BOD approval.
Monitor compliance with production processes at the workshop.
Report and propose improvements for nonconformities in processes.
2.3. Sample & Technical Requirement Management
Manage master samples at showrooms, warehouses, and display areas to ensure cleanliness, proper labeling, and compliance with technical requirements.
Store and preserve customer-approved master samples, ensuring integrity and complete information.
Manage reference samples for customers, ensuring accurate product information and labeling.
Update product specifications and prepare training materials for staff when there are product changes.
2.4. Product Development & Productivity Improvement
Define and document technical requirements before mass production.
Coordinate with R&D to ensure products pass testing before mass production.
Propose process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
2.5. Customer Complaint & Quality Issue Handling
Receive and handle customer complaints regarding product quality.
Investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Technical, etc.) to improve quality.
Implement internal incentive programs to enhance quality and output.
Ensure employees are well-trained and prepared for each assigned position.
