- Schedule and coordinate the flow of work between sales departments and manufacturing plants to action and monitor group production.
- Constantly review master production schedule and work orders
- Establish priorities for specific customer orders and revise schedule according to work order specifications.
- Establish priorities and availability of workers, materials, and equipment.
- Work independently and collaboratively with cross functional members of the production team, QA and technical teams to ensure timely production of high quality finished goods that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Generate new ideas and provide added enhancements to improve the process
where needed

- Create and maintain production plan on the master schedule for the production
Lines.
- Balance the production plan according to groups capacities and constraints on the
manufacturing lines.
- Action and assign priorities to production orders.
- Supervise cleaning up of material stock positions at the close of work orders
and drive accountability from merchandisers and factories to prevent from happening.
- Provide and share information about production orders and action status reports
to Sales and Merchandisers to communicate with external and internal customers,
- Coordinate reschedule production orders based on materials availability.
- Process and track material rejects and monitor the effects on production lines.
- Quickly and efficiently adapt to meet changing business requirements,
- Drive and assist operations in the development and execution of production
schedules with the overall shipping schedules of the company.
- Coordinate with supporting departments to ensure that an adequate supply of
materials arrive at the right place on time and to schedule.
- Work on with our internal soft wear system to schedule production lines
In most efficient and effective manner, to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout our manufacturing plants assigned lines.
- Work closely with Production, QA, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales departments
to maximize output and customer satisfaction
- Review inventory levels and customer orders for the Group's distribution network
- Recommend system adjustments to achieve high levels of internal customer service while maintaining low levels of errors.
- Communication with external customers /suppliers in an effort to be effective
in the execution of the daily business related to production lines and raw materials movement.
- Perform other related duties as required under Planning Director and Chairman.
