1. Mục tiêu công việc / Job Purpose
Kiểm soát toàn bộ công tác kỹ thuật liên quan đến hệ thống
phòng cháy chữa cháy (PCCC) trong các dự án MEPF, đảm bảo thiết kế, triển khai và vận hành tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, quy định pháp luật và yêu cầu của chủ đầu tư.
To lead and control all technical aspects of Fire Protection systems in MEPF projects, ensuring design, execution, and operation comply with technical standards, legal regulations, and client requirements.
2. Nhiệm vụ chính / Key Responsibilities
2.1
Quản lý kỹ thuật PCCC / Fire Protection Technical Management
• Quản lý thiết kế, tư vấn giải pháp kỹ thuật đáp ứng yêu cầu quy định PCCC.
• triển khai hệ thống PCCC (sprinkler, hydrant, alarm, FM200, foam...)
• Kiểm tra, phê duyệt bản vẽ thiết kế, shop drawings và biện pháp thi công
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn (TCVN, NFPA, FM Global...)
• Lead design and implementation of fire protection systems (sprinkler, hydrant, fire alarm, gas suppression, foam, etc.)
• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (TCVN, NFPA, FM Global, etc.)
2.2 Điều phối kỹ thuật / Technical Coordination
• Phối hợp với các bộ môn MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Làm việc với tư vấn, chủ đầu tư và cơ quan chức năng (PCCC)
• Giải quyết các xung đột kỹ thuật (clash, interface)
• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities
• Resolve technical conflicts and interfaces
2.3 Commissioning & nghiệm thu / Commissioning & Authority Approval
• Lập kế hoạch và giám sát chạy thử hệ thống PCCC
• Chuẩn bị hồ sơ nghiệm thu, làm việc với cơ quan PCCC
• Đảm bảo hệ thống đạt yêu cầu vận hành
• Plan and oversee commissioning activities
• Prepare documents for authority approval
• Ensure system performance meets requirements
2.4 Quản lý tiêu chuẩn & tuân thủ / Standards & Compliance
• Cập nhật quy định pháp luật về PCCC
• Áp dụng tiêu chuẩn quốc tế và nội bộ
• Kiểm soát rủi ro kỹ thuật
• Stay updated with fire safety regulations
• Implement international and internal standards
• Manage technical risks
2.5 Hỗ trợ đấu thầu / Tender Support
• Tham gia lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật PCCC
• Đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu
• Bóc tách khối lượng và hỗ trợ lập giá
• Support fire protection technical proposals
• Provide value engineering solutions
• Prepare BOQ and support cost estimation
2.6 Đào tạo & phát triển đội ngũ / Training & Team Development
• Đào tạo kỹ sư PCCC
• Chuẩn hóa tài liệu kỹ thuật
• Phát triển năng lực đội ngũ
• Train fire protection engineers
• Standardize technical documents
• Develop team capability
3. Yêu cầu công việc / Qualifications & Requirements
• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành PCCC, Cơ điện hoặc liên quan
• 5-12 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực PCCC
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý kỹ thuật dự án lớn
• Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn NFPA, TCVN
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với cơ quan PCCC
• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection, Mechanical/
Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 5-12 years of experience in fire protection systems
• Experience in technical management for large projects
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, TCVN standards
• Experience working with fire authorities

• Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn NFPA, FM, TCVN và các quy chuẩn liên quan
Strong knowledge of NFPA, FM, TCVN, and relevant codes and standards
• Kinh nghiệm chạy thử, kiểm tra và nghiệm thu hệ thống PCCC
Experience in commissioning, testing, and acceptance of fire protection systems
4.2 Quản lý / Management
• Lãnh đạo và định hướng kỹ thuật cho đội ngũ kỹ sư
Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams
• Điều phối công việc giữa các bộ môn MEP và các bên liên quan
Coordinate across MEP disciplines and stakeholders
• Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật phức tạp
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
4.3 Giao tiếp / Communication
• Làm việc hiệu quả với chủ đầu tư, tư vấn và cơ quan chức năng (PCCC)
Effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and fire authorities
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày và báo cáo tốt
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh (ưu tiên biết tiếng Trung)
Proficient in English (Chinese is an advantage)
