* Job Description
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
The major areas under the
HR Manager's direction include establishing and leading HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The HR Manager coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the Director of Operation; and assists and advises company managers on HR-related issues.
* Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and staffing; organizational planning; performance evaluation and improvement systems
Organizational and professional development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
Employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation
Employee relations; company-wide committee facilitation; internal and external communications; compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health; charitable giving; and employee services and counseling
University degree, majoring in Human Resource Management or relevant fields (prefer candidates with U.S. education background)
At least 5 years of experience in the same position (preferably in international schools, universities, or foreign-invested firms)
Deep understanding of current HR legislation, policies, and practices in Vietnam
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
