Mô tả công việc
A. Design Work
- For a real estate development project, the design-related document should be reviewed and prepare its concept design & parameter.
- Combined with surveying techniques, dissecting the volume of drawings, making 2d and 3d design plans.
- Making as-built drawings, managing the hired design office.
- Be responsible for their design plans and assigned tasks before the Board of Directors
- Arrange the meeting with land owners during the design concept stage.
- Make a relation with design-related government departments especially for licensing matter.
B. Administrative works related to the company
- All works should be performed in accordance with company regulations.
- To prepare weekly work report
- To maintain good relationship with employees
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5years experience in the same filed & construction
- Experience in mixed-use development project over 1,000 housing units is preferred.
- Aged from 30 to 40
- Graduated from University majoring in Architecture
- Mandatory requirements: Graduate with good grade or above
- Independent and teamwork skills
- Enough skills for Auto Cad, Photoshop, 3D software (REVIT skill is an advantage)
- English required (Additional point for submitting English test scores)
