A. Planning Support
Support daily/weekly/monthly production planning activities
Assist in preparing production plans based on sales forecast and orders
Help monitor production schedules and follow up progress with related departments
Update planning data and reports (production plan, output, capacity...)
B. Data & Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and update data related to production, inventory, materials
Support preparing basic planning reports using Excel
Assist in checking data accuracy and maintaining planning files
Support document filing and data archiving
C. Other Support Tasks
Support the Planning team with administrative tasks as assigned
Coordinate with other departments (Production,
Purchasing, Warehouse, QA...) if needed
Participate in internal training, meetings, and company activities (if any)
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Available for internship at least 6 months, from Mon - Sat
Basic knowledge of Excel (filter, formulas, basic data handling)
Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to work with data, reports, and deadlines
Good English is an advantage
