'+ To provide on-site engineering support to achieve the project's required objectives.
+ Monitoring key construction requirements and implementing prompt corrective action if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications.
+ Development and management of daily production reporting + Development and management of daily cost reporting Develop detailed plans and specifications
Use computer modeling tools to plan and design projects
Perform hydraulic, hydraulic modeling, and geotechnical analysis
Hire, train, and retain staff
Coordinate with contractors and consultants
Supervise daily operations

Record, track, and analyze progress Assist during construction and review of all tasks related to tunnel construction and alignment
Perform review of all construction documents and assist the project managers in directing the work of all contractors
Conduct quality control during construction, including review of specifications and drawings, and assisting with construct-ability reviews
Improve construction processes and efficiencies, including the development of instruments, tools, and databases
Provide technical guidance, support, and training to project managers, superintendents, and tunnel construction laborers
Perform budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
Yêu cầu
'+ Graduation from university with a major in tunnel/ metro construction (Preferrable) or Civil construction
+ Software knowledge:
- MS Project
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Auto CAD
+ 01 year experience in similar role (preferrable)
+ Good in using English (Writing and speaking) Able to work independently or as a member of a team
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Extensive project and contract management experience
Strong technical background related to transportation, tunnel, or civil engineering
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize,
