Mô tả công việc
Record prepaid expense, fixed asset; Allocate prepaid expenses and depreciate cost of asset base on laws and cost center to ensure all correctly, accurately.
Reconcile AP with vendors to ensure all correctly, accurately.
Control production expense closely, make inventory report and calculate cost of finished goods monthly to ensure all correctly, accurately
Perform other tasks be required by Accounting Vice Manager to ensure all correctly, accurately and on time
Make Productivity and KPI reports to ensure all correctly, accurately.
Provide guidance to and shares knowledge with colleagues/team members relating to own specialization
Check payment vouchers and recording input invoices and expenses in the software to ensure all correctly, accurately
Yêu cầu
Proficient Accounting & Tax preparation software
Proficient in ERP, SAP system
Good Problem-solving skill
Have knowledge about Tax and Accounting Law of Vietnamese.
Proficient in MS Office
Good Analysis Skill
Good Communication skill
College above - Major: Accounting / Auditing/ Finance
English level: Basic listening, speaking, writing skill
