Position:
Air Cargo Pricing and Customer Service.
Job Description:
- Follow up payment for non-credit clients of local charge and freight prepaid
- Files in accordance with relevant process for CW1
- Timely invoicing clients/ agents and closing files
- Check Price with Airlines/ GSA and feedback to customer.
- Working within SOP's and quotation from Sales team and overseas offices.
- Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices
- Input data into the system to create file, complete MAWBs and HAWBs, ensure correct & on time handling of
- Shipment track and trace updates
- Receiving Bookings, contact with shipper and agent to arrange the shipment
Handles customers statistics and reports or any special request for updating system, if required.
Checking and confirm incoming invoice of sub-contractors on time & correctly
subcontractors' s standards and services.
Inform team leader/ supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on
stations and make respective shipment arrangements
Customer Service by following up on customer advices/ request or claim and feedback to customer and overseas
Take up additional tasks as assigned (e.g. support / share workloads with other teams, if needed/required)
