InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort is looking for a seasoned communications leader to join our Marketing team. This is a terrific career-building opportunity to work with a strategic, internationally focused team in one of Asia's iconic luxury resorts.
The Assistant Director, Marketing Communications & PR, is involved in all aspects of PR and marketing for the hotel. To be successful, you will need to be a strategic thinker and have an understanding of positioning and working within a global brand. You possess strong media and KOL connections in Vietnam, and have the creative, negotiation and organisational abilities to leverage these connections to generate breakthrough coverage for the resort. You will have created and managed special events including launches and press conferences.

Yêu cầu

Ideally, you'll have a great understanding of luxury travel and experience in the hospitality or travel industry. You exude confidence and have the legal right to work in Vietnam. Most of all, you'll need to enjoy coming to work every day to a beautiful beach resort surrounded by a lush, pristine rainforest.
You will also know how to manage paid media plans and have an understanding of digital marketing and luxury branding. Fluently bilingual in Vietnamese and English, your writing and editing skills are terrific in both languages and you are comfortable working with clients and colleagues from other cultures. Working in a fast-paced environment is second nature and you can multi-task, juggling many projects at once. Plus you're a stickler for detail!
You also understand the importance of content marketing, as you will manage and supervise a full-time Content Manager. This is not only about social media, but about editorial, visual and video creation as well. Managing PR agencies and a translation company are also your responsibility.
