Work with business units' leaders on recruitment needs, employment relations matters related to transfer, promotion, etc.
Guide new employees on on-boarding process and facilitate the process properly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Search candidates from effective sources to ensure providing qualified candidates for the corporation/ breweries
Support other human capital projects.
Carry out recruitment process for assigned departments/ breweries and assigned positions/ levels.
Yêu cầu
At least 2-3 years of working in headhunting companies in charge of FMCG clients or working in recruitment for FMCG companies.
Available to start now is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, Good English skills, Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point, email, internet, etc.
Creative, dynamic and able to work under pressure.
Possess University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
Familiar with recruitment process and good interview skills.
