Strategy Building
Drive sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
Formulate B2B Strategy by analyzing Competiors & Market Trends. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Identify Sale Channels and Customers Behavior in order to build the right platforms, right communication, right interactions with Target Customers
Identify Sale Opportunities with Partners and New Customers
Team Organisation
Hire and build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
Set clear targets and incentive structures to grow and retain people
Provide mentorship to help the team develop skills required to grow and take on more responsibility
Based on Strategy, propose team organization for short term and middle term in Head Quarter & Stores
Operation & Performance
Work with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure customer specific requirements for support, reconciliation etc. are available
Work with other functions to develop the ecosystem required to serve customers
Work with product and technology teams to define business requirements for platforms
Develop customer specific payment mechanisms / credit products in partnership with the credit and payments team
Manage day-to-day operation performance vs. Targets
Continuously identify and explore new opportunities to increase sales and number of customers
Manage all costs and PnL of B2B
Yêu cầu
Functional knowledge & experience
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Comes with relationship with existing customers
- Having B2B knowledge and experience
- At least 5 years experience in Retail / FMCG (GT channel)
Functional skill
- Ability and a proven record of operating and building a business plan
- Familliar with Technology & Data analytics. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Very strong on Sale & Communication Skills
- Ability to build Sales Strategy, new business from scratch
- Oustanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Managerial skill
- Experience in management sale team
- 3 years in management level minimum
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Language: Fluent in English
Office skills: Microsoft Office
Education: Bachelor or higher degree
