Mô tả công việc
This position will take care for branding activitities in MC-BIFI and support other cross-function support when needed.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and implementation of important brand initiatives that support brand strategy
- Monthly report to line manager as requested
- Monitor marketing parameters such as distribution, pricing, POSM to better position and optimize the company's products
- Explore new markets/products and introduce new brands where appropriate
- Implement agreed
communication plan (with agencies where appropriate)
- Develop POSM for marketing and sales activities
- Analyze data to obtain consumer insights that will grow the brand
- And other tasks related to company events or activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other key players to establish brand objectives
- Suggest and impliment creative ideas for marketing operations
- Analyze sales data and understand sales performance
- Work with
Trade Marketing team to ensure effective execution
- Manage day-to-day activity of the brand to ensure that marketing plan effectively executed
- Develop and execute brand plan
- Ensure that brand budget and business targets are met
- Able to travel
- Conduct research to understand markets and determine how to position the company's brands

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Able to work in a team envirornment and independently
- Able to work with various department to ensure the cohesion in the marketing effeorts through the industry
- Proficient in English skills
- Proficient in researching and analyzing data
- Previous experience managing small teams
- Superb organizational and time-management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Product knowledge including pricing, packaging, and positioning
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business
administration, communications, or similar field, candidates graduating from international universities are preferred
- Goal-oriented and results-driven partnered with a creative mindset
- Having at least 2-3 year-experiences in multi-national corporation (preferably in construction material industry)
