OB DESCRIPTION
- BTL Account Executive will specialize in planning, ideation and execution of events, activations, OOH, retail marketing activites for achieving clients' communication needs
- Client Service:
o Maintain and develop client relationships
o Ensure that the company's work exceeds clients' expectations.
o Develop new project opportunities with past and existing clients.
o Manage client billing and collections.
- Project Management:
o Coordinate Creative and Planning team to ensure project goals are met
o Manage projects and campaigns, accounting for quality, schedule and budget.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
- Production:
o Oversee effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
- KPI Management:
o Monitor the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
o Prepare client reports.
- New Business:
o Participate in company brainstorms.
o Participate in new business pitches, prepare pitch decks, proposal documents, and presentations.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong desire to pursue a career in communication & advertising
- Understanding of BTL marketing tools, experience in event planning, execution and measurement
- At least 02 years working in retail marketing/ BTL/ global communications/ marketing/ advertising agency.
- Good customer service attitude, good attention to details
- Excellent written English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 above). Korean would be an advantage but not required
- University degree in marketing, media & communications, foreign trade, foreign languages etc.
