A Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Executive is responsible for handling tasks related to the compensation and benefits policies of the company. This role ensures all C&B responsibilities is completed and delivered in a correct and timely manner with a high quality.
• Providing timely and accurate calculation of payroll, bonus, allowance for all staffs in accordance with government and company policies & procedures
• Undertaking any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR/Office Admin Manager
• Managing social, health and unemployment insurance contribution as per law
• Updating and maintaining C&B policies & procedures to be relevant to business under the labor law and regulations
• Managing labor procedure related to offer letter, labor contract, contract renewal and termination
• Managing Leave Management System
• Ensuring company's staffs understand HR and C&B policies
• Maintaining employees' profiles & data (both hard and soft copies) logically and systematically
• Preparing & submitting labor & social insurance reports to local authorities
• Providing timely and accurate calculation of overtime working
• Computation and declaration of PIT & PIT finalization
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or relevant subjects
• Being able to work independently as well as within a team
• Proficient computer in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarizing with current employment rules and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity and confidentiality
• At least 1-year experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Excellent organizational and detailed skills
