- Responsible for working with the CEO and DD to set up and

expenditure.
- Ensure all Technical Services are procured in accordance with
Masterise procurement policy.
- Co-ordinate with Project team and main contractor to handle
Handover to customer and during the building's defect liability
common area and unit technical defects before and after
period.
- Supervise Chief Engineer at the site to prepare planned
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Programs and implement
- Prepare and implement emergency / safety procedures for the
projects and supervise/ audit project's performance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to assist the digitization of the
technical aspect of the Property Management service offering
and implement customized technology platform to all
stakeholders.
- Supervise site technical teams ensuring response to Repair and
Maintenance service requests from customers meet the agreed
KPIs.
- Seek continuous improvement in the environmental
performance of the building's energy consumption and deliver
annual improvements.
- Directly support CE at site to take-over projects and do testing &
commissioning of the M&E system before putting into operation.
- To perform other duties or go on business trip as assigned.
