Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
Lead employee training sessions on compliance issues.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
Interacting with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization's internal controls.
Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
Establishing self-audit and compliance monitoring programs.
Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements for various departments.
Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.

Education & Work experience
5 years of working experience in Compliance including 3 years in supervisor role.
Bachelor Degree in Law, Management or other related fields
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong organizational skills; time management skills; analytical skills; communication skills.
Creativity, good interpersonal skills with ability to work with various levels of staff.
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at time.
Good computer literacy
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good personality, strong leadership skills, good decision making and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Writing, Speaking, Reading & Listening)
