The Vietnam Country Sales Manager is responsible for growing both direct and indirect partner revenue through innovation, developing and implementing partner scale programs, delivering a world-class customer support experience, all while putting customer success at the forefront of our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing day to day execution to deliver on short term business goals.
- Envisioning, planning, and executing strategies for growing all aspects of the business including both direct billing&039;s revenue and technology consumption across all of Vietnam industry and government sectors.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to encourage One Intel mindset to drive shared goals across teams.
- Collaborating proactively and effectively with internal business units, regional and corporate stakeholders to communicate local market trends, threats and opportunities as well as secure needed support to execute to a well-defined strategy
- Role modelling and cultivating the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect and inclusion.
- Be responsible for the Intel SMG Vietnam office as a site manger for the extended SMG employees
- Building strong, productive relationships with government, business associates, including OEMs, distributors, value added resellers, retailers, independent software vendors, developers, and system integrators to foster innovation and achieve Intel objectives.
- Willingness to partner closely with his or her team to drive change and challenge the status quo.
- Maintaining a governance model that keeps the country legal and in compliance with all Intel policies and regulations.
- Collaborating on marketing strategies and execution to build on the world-class Intel brand and accelerate demand.
- Manage business consumption, channel and retail sales motions to drive IA preference thru various internal Intel programs.
- Lead and develop a high performing and healthy sales team including account executives, retail sales and field applications engineer.
- Coordinating efforts across Intel&039;s business groups to establish clear country priorities and execution.
- Being the voice of our customers both internally and externally to promote and engage a growing, creative, innovative, and diverse customer base.
As a successful candidate, you must demonstrate ability to:
- Build a strong, engaged and high-performing sales team that delivers results
- Develop and communicate a powerful organizational vision, connect people with Intel&039;s vision, and inspire them to achieve it.
- Take informed risks and effectively challenge the status quo.
- Identify the core Intel agenda requiring government support and leverage Intel&039;s influence ethically.
- Build relationships to influence agencies, customers, partners and regulatory bodies across Malaysia whose policies and strategies impact Intel.
- Navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to provide customer centric solutions to our partners.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 8+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience including:
- Proven track record delivering sales and organizational results within complex and highly matrixed global corporations
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver sales and organizational results.
- Technical competence in the portfolio of Intel products and solutions including emerging products and services.
Also, you must possess and demonstrate, the following skills:
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.
- Strong communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English.
+Well-versed in [protected info] report and dashboard creation and tracking.
+Experience of Internet of Things, communications and cloud businesses including the ecosystem of ODMs, OEMs, SIs and ISVs.
+Understanding of distribution and channel business with experience managing sales teams.
+Experience of client computing business with understanding of the broad PC client ecosystem.
