PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To consult customers all matter related to customs such as circulars, Tax, HS code, etc.
To ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to end.
Meet KPIs of Customers on customs clearance process.
Working in partnership with the Customers, Sales, CSC.
Key Activities
Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from customers' site (export shipments), or deliver the cargoes to consignees' address (import shipments)
Contact to the customers for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.
Regularly updating customs clearance status to customers.
Coordinating with the customer and Customs & Transportation dept. to ensure that the shipments are cleared smoothly & timely.
Solving the issues during the customs clearance process.
Preparing required reports (internal & external).
Updating the shipment information in the system and master list.
Preparing documents for clients' shipments (both sea & air, inbound & outbound).
Advising customers on the matters related to customs formalities.
Following up monthly, weekly master list.
Yêu cầu
· Sense of perspective to see the entire situation - supplier, customer and own operations.
· Good sense of customer needs - is interested in finding the best solution for the customer.
· College graduated or above.
· At least 02 years experience in documentation of customs clearance at HCM ports & airport.
· Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.
· Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.
· Customs Brokerage Certificate.
· Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.
· Good communication with customers.
· Know well and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
