Tuyển dụng Demand Planning Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh - SHISEIDO COSMETICS VIETNAM CO., LTD

JOB PURPOSE:
- In charge of order and forecast, allocation of products for assigned brands
- IBP planning tool (Integrated Business Planning) to support demand planning
- Ensure alignment of local Demand Planning for all brands according to Global SCM KPIs
Essential business activities expected from this position:
Planning (50%)
- Plan monthly order and forecast for assigned brands, including
Lead S&OP and plan forecast sales out (total 9 months) based on one number given by Business Controller and Brands.
Plan the arrival of products according to its product seasonality, sales and marketing activity and brand direction
- Plan monthly demand for total system
- Use IBP to generate demand forecast
- Work with BM/Sales team to have reasonable order quantity for new launch
Quality and Productivity (30%)
- Manage safety stock and Control counter stock coverage standard for FG inventory following Company's procedures
Review inventory .
- To take other assignments & projects from Line Manager
Propose FG return list (slow moving items at counters) on quaterly basis
Review inventory (for FG discontinuation and limited items)
Work out inventory plan and follow gap
- Work with Sales team to monitor shop allocation by SKU on weekly basis according to sales target and counter inventory
- Monitor brands to ensure alignment to Global SCM KPIs
Human Resources Development (10%)
- Coordinate with HRBP in people related matters (e.g. staffing, performance management, talent development and C&B.)
- Manage staff's performance and provide on the job coaching
Others (10%)
- To take other assignments & projects from Line Manager
- Provide support to other brands (e.g building monthly order based on sales forecast submitted by brands and contacting group for ordering, etc)
