Overview of duties:
• Ensure direct channels are fully covered and increasing output performance
• Reports to Marketing and Communications Manager
• Liaise with (Hotel's Revenue Management, Sales and Distribution teams)
Main responsibilities
• Google Advertising campaigns:
- Manage and execute Display advertising campaigns, including retargeting in order to raise hotel's awareness and promote hotel's offer.
- Provide recommendations to maximize PPC campaign performance at hotel level.
- Review the Accor Regional PPC campaign monthly report.
• SEO campaigns:
- Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
- Manage local SEO on local business listings in all properties including hotel and restaurant outlets.
- Monitor website performance for search engine optimization
- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Social Media
- Run advertising in main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin...)
- Define the Social Media tactics in line with the key Marketing objectives: Establish a hotel presence on selected platforms in line with the marketing strategy and compliant to the brand.
• Hotel Audit and Reporting:
- Hotel Factsheet on [protected info] and [protected info] Review on a regular basis hotel's description, pictures and video to improve online performance.
- Coordinate with many interlocutors to evaluating market conditions and competitor's data online.
- Regularly audit the hotel's Digital Marketing strategy and report to Marketing Manager
- Assist Marketing Manager to manage hotels' KPI and analyze hotels online production
- Create and share detailed hotels' monthly report on overall web results
- Set up action plan to optimize hotel's online performance
- Review new technologies and keep the hotel at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Global and Regional offers:
- Maximize the exposure to key emitting markets Individual hotel offer:
- Set up action plan to market and give maximum exposure to key emitting markets

Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Travel/ Hotel Management/ Digital Marketing/Ecommerce or a related field
Skills
- Have very good command of English and Vietnamese
- Have strong background in multichannel integrated marketing
- Ability to demonstrate and convince in the value on investing online
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Be revenue focused & be able to implement tactics to support hotel.
- Ability to work to a tight schedule and deadline
- 1 year relevant experience in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce.
- Be analytical, be able to present conclusions and make recommendations
- Good understanding of hotel industry
