Responsible for creating event designs, drawings, and renderings for company's events, following departmental and company policies, procedures, and practices; Make sure designs satisfy clients and corporate requirements, are within budget, and are delivered within deadline; Resolve issues among clients, internal departments, and vendors by interfacing with them; Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions; Ensure project status, delivery information are promptly communicated to internal teams and clients; Be current on new technologies and software, design trends, vendor products, props/design elements, and production techniques; Perform other work related tasks that may be requested.
