Job Responsibilities:
Team Management:
● Recruiting, training team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
● Act as a bridge to connect and engage team members for all company/teams activities
Technology core scope:
● Research technologies to apply to the team
● Design solutions, new system architecture
● Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BA, and Infrastructure teams to deploy functions related to Marketing systems, TMS, CRM, ERP
Product/Project Management:
● Ensure projects/tasks to complete on time
● Ensure IT products to meet all business requirements
● Ensure IT products meet high software industry standards (traceability, resiliency, well coding structures, patterns and documentations, and etc)
Yêu cầu
Specialized knowledge and skills:
● Familiarity with UI/UX design
● Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies
● Familiar with agile software development processes and tools
● Experience in a technical leadership position
● Excellent working attitude, problem solving skill, critical thinking, and communication skill.
● Experience in multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, Reactjs)
● Previous success developing and shipping a large-scale application with a user-empathetic mindset
Education and experience:
● At least 3 years experience in Frontend Development position and 1 year management experience
● Comfortable working and communicating in English
● Graduated from university in Software development, computer science or very closely bachelor's degree in related fields.
● Have experience in making landing page is big plus
