Mô tả công việc
Talent Acquisition (60%)
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.);
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs;
• Manage a full-cycle recruiting process, and onboarding / offboarding process.
• Participate in developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends; and
• Develop a pool of potential candidates to be ready to meet recruitment needs and ensure timely response to resources;
Employee engagement (20%)
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment through team building, employee feedback, meetings and internal events;
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
C&B (20%)
• Monitor and settle SHUI, payroll for employees; and
• Support to maintain employee data systems.
• Follow up, monitor, and manage employees' contracts and database in a timely manner with limited risks;
Yêu cầu
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
• Experience in Start-ups, Mobile/Fintech/Payment/Banking services is a plus;
• Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese; and
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR field;
• Being proactive and energetic.
• Strong at recruitment, talent acquisition;
• Good adaptability and good ability of self-learning;
